Listings are gathered from publicly available sources and from owners who send us their vacancies directly. Rental availability changes constantly — a rental in your report may already be taken by the time you call, and we can't hold or reserve anything for you.

The research and the document it produces: a report of rentals that fit the answers you gave, priced low to high, with contacts and local resources. Nothing you pay goes to a landlord or agent, and none of it counts toward rent, a deposit, or an application.
Publicly available rental sources across the South Coast, plus vacancies sent to us directly by landlords, managers, and agents. Availability moves fast, so a rental in your report may already be gone when you call.
No. We can tell you what's available and how well it fits your answers. Whether a rental is still open, who gets it, and on what terms is entirely the owner's decision. We don't negotiate, apply, or hold anything on your behalf.
Your name and email, then budget, bedrooms, towns, and optionally household size, timing, must-haves, and your own estimates of monthly income and credit range. The last two are optional and exist only to keep rentals you'd likely be turned down for out of your report. We never run a credit check, never pull your credit file, and never ask for your Social Security number, bank details, pay stubs, or rental history. We don't screen anyone.

What we do with your information
- Who sees it
- Only us. Your answers are sent over an encrypted connection and stored with our host, Netlify. We don't sell your information, we don't trade it, and we don't hand it to landlords or agents — if you want to be introduced to one, you tell us.
- What we never ask for
- No Social Security number, no bank or card details, no pay stubs, no identification, no rental history. Income and credit are your own estimates in broad ranges, and both are optional.
- What we never do with it
- We don't run credit checks, score you as a tenant, build a profile to sell, or use what you tell us to market anything other than your report. Nothing here is a rental application, and nothing you send us affects a decision any landlord makes.
- Changing your mind
- Reply to any email from us and we'll delete your information. Unsubscribing stops every message.
